Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trevorluchuk.com and The Rebuild coaching program operated by Trevor Luchuk. By submitting a form, booking a call, or enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Rebuild is a 9-week private 1-on-1 performance and identity coaching program for high-performing men in commission-based sales. The Blueprint Call is a free 15-minute conversation to assess fit. It is not a guarantee of enrollment, and enrollment is not a guarantee of any specific financial, business, or health outcome.

No Guaranteed Results

Results depend on your participation and execution. Documented client results on this site are real and verified, but they are illustrative of what is possible, not a promise of future performance. Your results may differ. The Rebuild coaches the driver, not the car, and the driver is you.

Guarantees

The Show Up Guarantee provides a full refund if the standard is not running by Day 14, provided you show up, hit check-ins 5 of 7 days, and follow the plan. The Completion Guarantee provides that if you complete all 9 weeks and do not hit your agreed Week 9 milestones, Trevor works with you free in the next block until the result is achieved. Guarantees are conditional on client participation as described and do not apply where participation requirements are not met.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking and enrolling.
• Attend scheduled calls and complete daily tracking as agreed.
• Understand that coaching is not medical, mental health, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including copy, methodology, and visuals, is the property of Trevor Luchuk and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trevor Luchuk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or program. Your use is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
